What is the importance of learning English?

      English is an important language to learn because it is used worldwide. It is used for all sorts of online and offline activities. English is the language of science, games, computers, tourism and many more things. It is the official language for more than fifty countries. It is also known as an international language. It is probably the most used language in the World! Millions of people speak in English. Most importantly it is very easy to learn. Everyone can learn English if they just follow a few instructions.


What instructions to follow?
  •       First of all, try to watch as many English shows, cartoons, and movies as you can. This will help to understand the ascent of this language.
  •       Secondly, always try to communicate with others in English. This will boost your confidence in speaking English.
  •       Lastly, read a lot of English books, magazines, newspapers, articles. These will help your vocabulary. 
      
          That's it! If you follow these instructions, you'll be able to speak English in no time. Now you'll be able to apply for any type of job of any company with more confidence than would ever had. Just remember never give up! If you don't succeed at first, try again! Believe me you will be able to speak perfect English. English is my second language, I myself followed these instructions to read and write English. Just remember I can provide you the guideline of 'what to do' but I can't force to make you follow these instructions. It's up to you now, whether you would improve your English language speaking skills or not.

    What is a noun?
          Noun is a word we use to name a person, a place or a thing we can see, touch, smell, hear or taste. For example:
    The children drink milk.

    What is a pronoun?
          A pronoun is a word used instead of a noun. It is generally used to avoid repetition of the noun. For example:
    Lucy was absent because she was ill.

    What is an adjective?
          An adjective is a word used to add to the meaning of a noun or a pronoun. It describes or points out a person, animal, place or thing, which the noun names. For example:
    He is a lazy boy.

    What is a preposition?
          A preposition is a word placed before a noun or a pronoun to show in what selection the person or thing indicated by it stands in regard to something else. For example:
    Let us hope for the best.

    What is a verb?
          A verb is a word that tells something about a person or a thing. We can't make a sentence without a verb. It is therefore, the most important word in a sentence. It describes the action in a sentence. For example:
    The birds were singing.

    What is an adverb?
          An adverb is a word which qualifies or adds to the meaning of a verb, an adjective or another adverb. For example:
    She was walking slowly.

    What is a conjunction?
          A conjunction is a word which is used merely to join sentences, and sometimes words, together. For example:
    She is a doctor and her brother is an engineer.

    What is an interjection?
         An interjection is a word which is used to express sudden feelings or emotion. For example:
    Hurrah! We won the match.

    How do we communicate in English through writing?
        
          When we want to say something through writing, we use words. We generally use the words in different combinations to talk about different things. A combination of words which makes complete sense is called a sentence. For example, She goes to school.
          There are four major types of a sentence. These types are as follows:

    1. Declarative sentence 
    2. Imperative sentence 
    3. Exclamatory sentence (shows strong emotion & ends with '!')
    4. Interrogative sentence (asks a question)

          The words used in a sentence are divided into different kinds or classes according to their role in the sentence. These kinds or classes are called Parts Of Speech. There are eight parts of speech.


    1. Noun
    2. Pronoun
    3. Adjective 
    4. Preposition
    5. Verb
    6. Adverb
    7. Conjunction
    8. Interjection
